All clinical analyses on this platform are generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) engines trained on homoeopathic literature and medical knowledge. These outputs are: (a) Indicative and informational only — they do not constitute a diagnosis, prescription, or medical opinion. (b) Subject to the known limitations of large language models, including hallucinations, incomplete knowledge, and context misinterpretation. (c) Dependent on the quality and completeness of information submitted by the patient. Incomplete or inaccurate input will result in unreliable outputs. (d) Generated without physical examination, which is a critical component of any medical consultation. AI-generated analyses must not be acted upon without review and confirmation by a licensed homoeopathic physician.

All AI-generated clinical reports are reviewed by a licensed BHMS (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery) physician before being shared with patients. The physician's reviewed prescription constitutes the clinical recommendation — not the raw AI output. By submitting health data on this platform, you consent to the processing of your personal and health information for the purpose of clinical analysis. This platform operates in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). In accordance with this Act: (a) We collect only data necessary for providing the clinical analysis service. (b) Explicit consent is obtained before any health data is processed. (c) You have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data. (d) You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal retention requirements. (e) Our Grievance Officer (Dr. G.K. Gyan, [email protected]) is available for privacy-related complaints. (f) Significant data breaches will be reported to the Data Protection Board of India and affected users as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Homeo AI Clinic, its operators, licensed physicians, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for: • Any health outcomes, adverse reactions, or complications arising from use of, or reliance on, platform outputs • Decisions made based on AI-generated reports without physician review • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages • Data loss, service interruption, or technical failures Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fee paid by you for the consultation in question.

All AI-generated clinical reports are the intellectual property of Homeo AI Clinic and the treating physician. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, or public sharing of clinical reports is prohibited. Reports are generated for the exclusive personal use of the patient and treating physician. Sharing reports in public forums without appropriate medical context and disclaimers may cause harm and is a violation of these terms.
